Dear Candidate,
We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Finance Assistant. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to our financial integrity.
Responsibilities:
– Support the finance department in various financial tasks, such as accounts payable and receivable, invoicing, and expense tracking.
– Assist in the preparation and analysis of financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.
– Assist in maintaining accurate financial records and documentation.
Requirements:
– Basic Computer Usage Knowledge.
– Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
– Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in numerical data.
– Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
– Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
– Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, is an added advantage but not limiting.
Work-Time/Wage:
15 to 20hrs weekly / $300 weekly
