Head of School (currently 4k-8 with plans to expand to high school in the near future)
School Introduction:
In partnership with parents and churches, Ozaukee Christian School (OCS) integrates faith with learning
using biblical principles to capture each student’s heart and mind for Christ.
We are dedicated to academic excellence with a uniquely Christian perspective—one that places Jesus at
the center of everything we do and acknowledges the Bible as our ultimate authority. We are committed to
supporting, not supplanting, the God-given role as a parent. The HOS must develop strategies that will
help each child succeed. The HOS must enable our teachers to take time to listen to the goals, hopes and
dreams each parent has for each child and work with them to see them to fruition.
Job position description:
We’re looking for a full-time Head of School (HOS). The ideal candidate should have a deep personal
faith in Jesus Christ and be committed to upholding Christian values and principles in all aspects of the
school’s mission and operations. The candidate should possess the necessary educational qualifications,
such as a master’s degree in educational leadership, administration, or a related field. A background in
Christian education or theology may also be beneficial.
Salary is $60,000 per year with opportunity for increases based on experience and performance, along
with paid sick leave.

Location:
OCS is located in West Bend, WI, a conservative community with many shared Christian values. West
Bend offers access to many suburban amenities while also offering a rural setting. Just 20 minutes from
Lake Michigan and 40 minutes from Milwaukee, virtually any activity is within reach!
